In lieu of anything substantial – because quite honestly, my life over the last few years has been overly substantial – here’s some videos of what I do for my current work out. Done by mostly hot women.

Clean and Press (her clean form sucks, but whatever)
Windmills (Apparently these people defy gravity and train on the walls. Shut up.)

I’d seen several of these trainers but that “halo” exercise? Never. The around the body move and the figure eights are part of my routine but I’ll give this one a try this afternoon.
