  • you said “hold on…”, but i feel like i’m slipping away…

it’s happening again. i don’t want to lose this time and i am afraid. i can’t afford another failure.

reality is gone, a dream i can’t escape…standing here alone, can’t tell if i’m awake and i feel like i’m slipping away

  • You can afford another failure. Every failure is a learning experience and you can’t have too many of those! This coming from someone who screwed up more times than she’d like but less than what the gods deem necessary.

  • don’t be afraid.  it’s never as bad as it seems.  you will eventually pass this, i know you will.

  • “The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain.

Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter’s oven?

And is not the lute that soothes your spirit, the very wood that was hollowed with knives?

When you are joyous, look deep into your heart and you shall find it is only that which has given you sorrow that is giving you joy.

When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.”

from “The Prophet” by Kahlil Gibran

  • nothing is failure; just more experience you take with you next time.

  • *hugs*

  • (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))

You’ll make it out of this okay. You will. Yes, you will!

  • hold on to dreams for if dreams die, life’s a broken winged bird unable to fly….i think it’s something like that

    hold on buddy…

  • So whats going on? email me okay and Let me know please.

You can never have enough  failures, like Einsteine once said failing is something and something, one step to succeding.

  • what are we talking about here?

  • Life is worse when you are living without your dreams, and suddenly your world is a void….

hold on, cause that is sometimes, all you can do!

even if your fingers are bloody messes from gripping to hard.

  • you can just… slip somewhere just as real. or walk both worlds at once… ground. center. breathe. look for that inside you which does not change.

………..what i’m trying to say, is find the part of you you can hold on to before flailing about for some external support.

you may feel you’re drowning… or the like. i do not know. but i daresay you could probably learn to breathe the water you’re swimming in, with time.
