Month: January 2005

  • [+] school and work have been keeping me very busy.
    [+] my birthday is tomorrow
[+] i've already started my final project for class - my photo site in flash design.
[+] as of the past saturday, i'm playing drums in a band again (link)
[+] it's nice to play music again
[+] my photography shooting has been nonexistent and that sucks. a lot.
[+] the more i learn about politics, the more ambivalent and frustrated i become. it's too easy to have a one sided opinion when you're only marginally informed.
[+] sometime in the next 2 weeks i will be displaced from my home for about a month, due to interior repairs from hurricane frances damage.
[+] because of my classes, i can get macromedia studio mx for $239, rather than the $999 average retail price.
[+] i've really been into older (well, 90's) DC area hardcore lately. nothing beats dark snaky bass lines and jazz timing rhythms with lots of guitar noise. nothing.
[+] i've written about 4 entries this week that won't see the light of public posting.
[+] erin is going to bed in a few minutes. i'll be bored out of my mind when she does.
    [+] that is all.

  • i really want to go see this band tonight, but dammit... it's been a long week. i need to recharge and veg out.
i want to finish writing the short story i started yesterday.
i want to start working out again.
    i want to quit smoking.
i want to be a better boyfriend.
i want to use the word "emrod" in conversation tomorrow.
i want to get good with flash

  • one of my "almost good" shots. taken on really old ilford 125 film. i think the expiration date on the film was in the 80's.
