different CD on right (is that the guys from the Mr. Show?) and also, like you know the image on the monitor on the bottom is the picture from above, right? and the pen's been moved (and the cap put on), and the photo actually against the monitor and there are no post its in the second and the mouse is at a slightly different angle, but House of Leaves is in exactly the same place.
