I'm sorry:( I had surgery on my sinuses this past May because I was always getting infections, there was always pressure and pain. My face was swollen for awhile afterwards and I got made fun of a lot ( what else is new ) but I haven't had an infection since. Miracle. I hope you feel better!

my ex had to go for an op....but if you're into natural remedies...
try inhaling steam from pine or tea tree oil infused hotwater...and
juice for sinus:
1 clove garlic (or 1cm horseradish, or 1/2 small red onion)
fresh ginger
1/4 fresh pineapple
1 carrot
2 oranges
1/2 grapefruit (leave white pith)
you can dilute it with water.
(it was in my gym newsletter this week)
sinus infections suck. I can't find my camera, it's buried in a box somewhere (we just moved a couple of months ago)
this is the most disturbing thing I've seen today. (but never fear, I'll probably come across something even more disturbing at some point during the day, 'cause I'm cool like that.)
I'm a big fan of benadryl + advil. nothing else seems to work for my sinuses.
Oh the woes of mankind. Lets just hope your head doesn't explode
