truthfully, i've never looked at parent's ever-annoying ragging on our every action to be their way of obstructing us from their habits, and therefore their parents habits. it's really refreshing to hear it, since whenever i'm in the right frame of mind to not be horribly angry at my parents, i say to myself it's because they want what's best for me. this thought gets old... and thinking of it in this way is considerably better. props to you kiddo.
