  • indecision vs. karma

what do you do when you feel like it's going to start over again?

what do you do when you see the recurring patterns?

do i wait, hoping the ending will be something different, or do i consciously flex the warp and bend the weave (and forsake something that only might be)?

  • Could be worse...you could be Sisyphus. :)

You go with what feels right, of course...Only time will tell what the outcome's gonna be. I didn't used to believe in destiny, only bad timing. Now I'm not so sure...

  • Oooh this rings bells.. it's a decision that you have to make each time, too.. over and over, different set of rules each time..

    Good luck

  • You never know until you try. And nothing is un-doable.

  • When I see a recurring pattern for something I don't like...I get the heck outta there and run the other way as fast as I can. *lol*

  • You can't be serious. That's how some people define insantity.  "Doing the same thing, expecting a new result."

Aren't you an Aquarian?  Break out DUDE. Sounds like you have some rules to break.  Break out and don't look back.

Where is your degree of Aquarius?  Are you beyond the Uranus transit?  Where is natal Uranus. Wake up, wake up and have a revoloution!!!

  • !!

VeryModern is very smart, I'd listen to her :) However...I know when it comes to me, I have to find a happy medium. Sometimes the story has to play out to a resolution/moral/lesson. And other times, it's time to take destiny into your own hands. Although i definitely agree with the idea of predetermination...but maybe you were predetermined to break free?

  • woah...questions i can't answer. cool. first time that happened. but i can answer the second one.

what do you do when you see the recurring patterns?

    drink coffee.

caffiene...it makes the world go round.

    nice site btw.

  • It's better to regret something you did than something you haven't done. Something I try to live by.

  • i am in total agreement w/VM, here...break out and don't look back...

  • It is really hard to say.  I wish I knew myself because that is the spot I find myself in now.  And you have to wonder if it really is the same as always.... I just don't know.

  • thank you for the sweet congratulations.  :)

    decisions are hard, hun.

  • been there, done that, still going...

  • Those who do not learn the lessons of the past are doomed to repeat their failures. You like that? I made it up---NOT! Who did say that anyway? And do you think they ate pork brains more than once?

  • Karmically, "they" say that we repeat certain things because the lesson hasnt been learned or the cycle hasnt been completed.... either those reasons or when things are just meant to be. I still dunno wtf "they" are... lol. Ill prolly never know.. but they sure have alot to say about things "they" prolly know nothing about. Nonetheless, somehow all counts seem to ring true to my ears. but which to believe? thats where the decision lies.

As far as making a decision is concerned, only you can do that. ::Tosses my two cents in change jar::

  • *~*MM, I have to say its an interesting topic.  i believe Karma is something that you need to fix from a previous life and something that you will need to pay off in the next life.

As for seeing a pattern, i believe imho, that it is now time for you to move on to the next lesson.  You are being shown an answer to a question and that now you have seen it, you can use it, work with it, take the lesson and move on to the future.

I believe in both free will and destiny - its a hard line to draw and explain to others, however saying that - I believe that my Goddess has a plan for me in the grand scale, but she is allowing me to make my own decisions on how to get there... If it takes 1 reincarnation or 100, then so be it, BUT it is my freewill working within her fabric that she is weaving for my destiny!

I hope some of that helps.  I think through meditation and relaxation your own 'truth' will be set free.

Take care and keep the waters of inspiration flowing!*~*

ps:  im subbing - this is a great place!

  • Being a fellow Aquarian recurring pattern-er myself, I'd go with EdenDestruction's take on the purpose of the cycle, that the lessons haven't ended. We think its the same because our shallow human pride says, "already know it all", but perhaps we took away the wrong lessons ? So it keeps coming back at us until we see what it wants us to see.

("It" happens to be in the same league as the mysterious omnipresent "We" whoever/whatever it/they is/are)

The Wanderluste approach would go like this - "You pla, you win. You play, you lose. You play." (yeah, so I'm a masochist...)

    Good luck !

  • I have no idea what anybody is talking about in the comments above. So I'll nod and agree...want to go for a pizza? lol

  • depends on what the cycle is....if it is a negative one...then yes...flux the warp and bend the weave....but if it ends you in a good place..then go with the flow and stick to it!

  • I'm prometheus, and let me tell you, if you don't want to be bound to the rock forever you have to make it turn out different.

  • As was posted above, it's insane behavior.  If you enjoy doing it over and over, have at it.  If you want things to be different, try doing the opposite of the pattern.  When you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, things will change.  Learn the lesson and move on to the next level.  My opinion for what it's worth.

    Mandrake

  • Don't we all approach that familiar pattern once and awhile.  Try not to crash too hard as I have done so many times myself.

  • it's good to chance the 'might be's

  • Richard...I read this one and thought," wow.  those words he just wrote...it's where I live right now." well, I'm either prometheus bound or I am pandora the fool, shut inside my box and clinging to hope like a teddy bear, eyes firmly shut and yes, repeating the same patterns.  but they are such pretty, hypnotic patterns....
